This policy explains how Mile Marker Filing (Joshua Brown, sole proprietor, Muskego, Wisconsin) handles your information.

What we collect

• Contact information, such as your name, email, phone number, and address.
• Your company name and USDOT number.
• The filing information needed to prepare your MCS-150 update or UCR registration.

We never collect your passwords, Social Security number, or driver's license number, and we ask you not to send them. If one is sent to us by mistake, we delete it.

How we use it

Only to provide the services you ask for, to send you reminders about your filings, and to invoice you.

Who we share it with

We share information only with FMCSA, the UCR Plan, and PayPal as needed to provide the service, or when required by law. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep filing records for up to 3 years. You can ask us to delete your information, and we'll do so where the law allows.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Website and cookies

This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may log basic technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to operate and secure the site. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children.
